Paolo Volpara and all the riders who created One More Mile is mourning the death of Cemil TURKER.

Cemil was one of the founders of the group, a curious intellectural, a deep thinker, a real gentleman and a talented biker. We rode together in Turkey, we rode in Europe, we explored, raced, chatted.. share a portion our our life.

From the corners of Gorgorlione, to the temples of Greece, from Nurburgring to the Dolomites Mountains, on long distance rides or on Sunday outings, Cemil as for many of us the ideal companion in travelling, meditating and talking.

Cemil died after a strong fight against illness; our condolences and love go to the family: may God bless his soul. We will not forget.

I once wrote that Cemil does not write ride reports: he was writing directly on the asphalt with a clean and passionate riding style. Remember him as captured by Fuat Domanic on board camera: a friend doing what he liked best. Paolo Volpara

But this time we have a jewel of reaction: Jon Taylor himself entering in the debate and searching for clarification, hence the question “Do you use ‘IPSGA’ or do you use ‘PSGLA’?” that to the not expert at Jon level sounds as a little esoteric.. read more
